The taxi service were very quick to respond to my email. The taxi was punctual and the car was very clean and air conditioned. The driver was smartly dressed, courteous and for such a long journey - approx one and a half hours, held just the right amount of conversation! I will definitely use this service again on my next trip from Saffron walden to Heathrow and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and comfortable transport.
