I was slightly nervous about booking a taxi to pick us up from the airport as I'd not done it before and it was gone 12am by the time our flight decided to arrive. Our driver was quick to respond to my texts and was polite and courteous and had awesome socks. I definitely recommend Stansted Travel Services.

Driver who's name was George was on time and well presented. He helped us with our baggage and brought the car to us. He was very well spoken and only spoke when we spoke to him A careful driver who brought us home earlier than expected

Driver was over an hour late picking us up from the airport and nobody from stansted airport taxis or the driver could be contacted. We left several messages and sent emails but no-one bothered contacting us. Definitely won't be using them again.

Fairly easy to book. Quick email confirmation and driver details. Driver arrived slightly earlier than requested but this was not a problem. Helpful and polite driver. Clean and comfortable vehicle. Reasonably priced and would use this service again.
