Booked online a taxi for an early morning trip to Stansted airport. Very easy to book. I received a confirmation email. I then received an email the day before with the driver's name and mobile number. Great driver, very nice and lovely car. Very reassuring with a 5.30 am airport journey to get this confirmation and good service.
